In 2020 at the height of the pandemic NYC painted Large white social distancing circles on the astroturf of Domino Park in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Each disc represents a circle and a chamber of psychosis as we collectively dealt with our new reality.

It’s a glimpse beyond a threshold into the personal life of a particular person and the demons they battle. Hotel Occidental is in Sevilla, Spain. In 2002 my father took a trip there and after some time the hotel management called my Mother to explain that he was holed up in his room, drunk, and causing problems for the staff. I had to go save him. This is a peephole through the doorway of his hotel room and the all too familiar scene of him seated upright in bed drunk and depressed.
